My Story

Holistic Wellbeing Advisor

My journey into wellbeing work began long before it became my profession.

Like many people, there was a period in my life when I was navigating anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, migraines, and persistent physical tension. Despite achieving many external goals, I often felt disconnected from myself and unable to find lasting fulfilment through external circumstances alone.

This experience gradually led me towards Yoga, Ayurveda, and deeper self-inquiry—not simply as systems of knowledge, but as practical approaches that began to reshape my relationship with myself and life.

Through consistent practice, gradual lifestyle shifts, self-observation, and a deeper awareness of the relationship between body, mind, emotions, and consciousness, I began to experience a growing sense of clarity, resilience, and inner stability.

What started as a personal journey eventually became the foundation of my life’s work.

Over the years, I have studied and worked across a range of wellbeing environments internationally, including Yoga schools, retreats, educational settings, and holistic wellbeing programmes. These experiences deepened my understanding of how sustainable wellbeing is cultivated through practical, consistent, and personalised approaches.

Alongside my work through Alla Yoga Therapy, I serve as a Senior Advisor in Leadership & Wellbeing in collaboration with the Abhyas Institute of Universal Awareness.

My work has included the design and facilitation of leadership development and organisational wellbeing programmes, supporting individuals and teams in areas such as emotional regulation, conscious decision-making, resilience, sustainable performance, and leadership effectiveness.

I have also contributed to the development of structured wellbeing frameworks, professional training pathways, university wellbeing programmes, and immersive retreat experiences designed to support deeper self-awareness, restoration, and long-term growth.

Whether working with individuals seeking greater balance in daily life or leaders navigating complex professional responsibilities, my approach remains rooted in the same principles: practical application, lived experience, self-awareness, and sustainable integration.

Today, my work continues to evolve through ongoing learning, personal practice, and the guidance of traditional Yogic teachings that have profoundly shaped my path.

I remain committed to supporting individuals in cultivating greater clarity, resilience, and inner stability through approaches that can be meaningfully integrated into everyday life.
